However, some acquaintances of the deceased claim that he never disclosed any health issues while he was alive. Contradicting the official statement, Alamgir’s family reveals that he was unmarried but had plans to marry his fiancé in December.

According to sources, the servant who arrived for duty this morning noticed that Alamgir had not emerged from his room until 10 am. Concerned, the servant peered through a window only to witness a distressing sight – the businessman drenched in blood.

Without wasting any time, the servant immediately informed Jahangir, seeking assistance and intervention.

Post-mortem Report

According to the post-mortem report of Alamgir Khan, the deceased, it was determined that the fatal gunshot entered from the right side of his head and exited from the left side. There were no indications of any bruises or signs of physical harm on his body.

The primary cause of death was identified as severe blood loss. The report did not find any evidence of a drug overdose.

Sources from the police department stated that Alamgir’s lifeless body was initially discovered by his servant, Alamdar, who promptly alerted the authorities.

The collection of fingerprints and other pieces of evidence is currently underway, as investigators proceed with their efforts. The motive behind the suicide remains undetermined during the initial stages of the investigation.

The police have also mentioned their search for a possible suicide note. They have emphasized that the actual facts and reasons will become clearer once the investigation is concluded.

Subsequently, the body of the deceased was transferred to Lahore’s General Hospital for a postmortem examination, as per sources.

It has been relayed by sources that Alamgir Tareen will be laid to rest in Model Town, where funeral prayers will also be held at 10:30 PM today.
